The room was excellent, but should have a taller stool. the small stool was hard for my husband because he has knee problems. But that is the only thing that we can be negative about. Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely stay there again.

1. No house cleaning despite instructions to do so 2. Does not care to refill body wash, and one night were out of it 3. Repeatedly had to remind front desk of leaving small towels in Fitness Center

This hotel was amazing. Everything was perfect from the room, laundry room, exercise room, and the amazing customer service team. I would recommend staying at this location.

The room was great pool was good too beds were comfy although the fire alarm went off 3 times bout 3:30 in the morning with no call to us or explanation ….not cool

Our room was upgraded to a bigger suite which was very nice. I did have to clean the toilet, but the rest of the room was fairly clean.

Ran out of shower gel. We called in the evening and were told that some would be brought to our room. No one came. I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning and was told, we don't have housekeeping staff at night so there is no way someone was going to bring you some shower gel. She also told me that they didn't have any at all and we would have to wait until the delivery at 8:30 on Saturday morning for some. We finally got some!

Location is good. Parents should supervise their children. I almost got hit by a bat. There were baseball teams staying at the hotel. Maybe a sign to remind the parents would be good.
