they didn't make the beds, they didn't change our towels, they didn't clean the room

However, The room and hallways were very dirty. The carpet was black in spots from dirt. The shower had mold. The “breakfast” was a waffle station and packaged muffins.

The room was dirty, hair in the tub and sink. The hallways were filthy...I understand construction and updating, but you should at least vacuum up after the workers.

Hairy tub and floors only decaf coffee in room two tiny shampoos no conditioner no fridge no body wash. One bar of soap to use out in sink area and for body in shower

The shower was peeling and rusted. The tv halfway worked. The a/c could only stay between 60/65 to properly work. Staff isn’t friendly nor do they speak. Left my room and came back to being locked out my room. Had to ask for new keys. No a/c in the hallways and it had a weird smell. I wouldn’t recommend staying here!

It was awful! Nowhere to walk your dog. Trash overflowing out of trash cans both inside and outside for the 2 days I was there. Room was on the first floor with a broken window lock. Someone had taken the towel bar off the wall to prop it shut.

Breakfast was good Bathroom was dirty. Hair in bathtub, faucets were very water spotted, toilet seat was wet. Room was ok

Convenient off the freeway. The staff was friendly The room could have been cleaner. There was a broken towel bar underneath the sink. Also the window didn’t have a lock and could easily be opened from the outside.

Clean

There were several things, first the reason we even rented that hotel was because it was listed as having a swimming pool and refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms and then driving 15 hours to our hotel and finding out that it wasn't available

Exceptional

Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable, however, the stairways were dirty & debris on the carpets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

No pool, no workout room, even though advertised as such.
