Muy agradable, muy limpio

Excelente atención , el personal de la recepción es muy amable. El desayuno fue puntual y las habitación estaba totalmente limpia y sin mal olor. Recomendada al 100%

This property is very rundown, but the location and price are good.

While the front office staff was nice, and housekeeping had clearly done the best they could with what they had, this motel is a poster-child of deferred maintenance to the point it shakes your faith in all other aspects of the facility.

It’s has good air conditioning they look very modern

Other than that one positive aspect the property was dilapidated overall. The bathroom had mold in tub/shower area. The popcorn ceiling above one bed was peeling off (we’re hoping no asbestos was exposed). The AC unit was incredibly noisy. We were only provided one washcloth and enough shampoo for one showering. When I asked, the front desk provided shampoo and conditioner but no lotion. Unfortunately this hotel DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET IN THE ROOMS. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk they just shrugged and said they thought we had internet. There were two other rooms rented by our family group and they also did not have internet connection. And lastly, it was 100 degrees when we were there and the pool was closed.

I've stayed in better ones. The beds need to be replaced.

There is dirt and grime on every surface throughout the room from the tub to the sink to the walls, everything is coated with grime. The grounds have also not been maintained ar all. There are weeds growing up through the asphalt parking lot, unkempt bushes throughout and trash everywhere. The pool that they have such lovely pictures of on their marketing is NOT for guests. They keep a large POOL CLOSED sign on the gate and the only people I saw using it were the management. They don't even let their housekeeping staff (who are required to live on site) use it. Based on this, I will never stay at a Wyndham owned property again.

Their amenities are useless due to lack of maintenance the pool was nasty and full of debris. The whole property including parking full of trash no one cleans or blows with a machine. If you ask for assistance to staff they don’t know anything! There are no extra services like a folding bed and the continental breakfast sucks. Their rooms smell like cigarettes fumes. It’s not a family environment! Definitely it’s not a place to take your wife or children.

Needs more maintenance on the exterior, stained bedsheets, front desk did not replace bedsheets they only provided extra blankets. Not recommended.

The pool wasnt usable. The air conditioning didnt work. There was hair in the shower on the wall. The lock on the door to latch it shut was broken. The fridge was hot and didnt work. Never in my life have I spent this amount of money and been this dissatisfied with a room anywhere.

I didn’t care for the locals who hung out in the back of the building. Cigarettes and disgusting trash everywhere in the back of the building.

The room was horrible! The shower water had a low mist of water and hard to adjust the water!Could hardly get the shampoo out of my hair! Had to go get coffee and cups and towels myself and they never cleaned the room at all and we were there 4days! The air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t even sleep. We had to turn it off! Beds were only double not queen, too small!

Nothing. The air conditioner didn't cool the room. The floor was dirty. The shower was dirty.
