Hyatt Place Albuquerque/Uptown

The place was incredibly clean the room was really nice and tidy and really large I had a blast while I stood there the pool was nice and warm as well and breakfast was pretty good

All I have to say is THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE ROOM AND IN THE BATHROOM! My technician who stayed didn't want to complain but this is unacceptable as he was staying there for an entire week.

our room was ok but our shower once had a shower door then thy replace it with a shower curtain but left the door frame there also shower head was rusted and falling of the pipe. They gave us a different room this one had glass shower doors but there was mold on the frame area and shower head wasn't very good either. Until they remodel this hotel we will not be back

Great price, clean room, have stayed here and will continue to stay here when in town.

The hotel staff is great & helpful especially Christian. The place is clean & relatively in good repair. The only problem is the way the room is configured no one can sleep if someone is up because of lights or TV shining in your face. The rooms have small refrigerators which are nice but no microwave to cook or warm something. But the biggest problem are outlets & accessiblity. There are no USB OR c outlets so bring all your own & one for each apparatus that needs plugging in & very long cords because unless you unplug the lamps & play like a contortionist the outlets are all across the room.

Not as updated as I thought or the pictures show. Popcorn ceilings, slight musky smell and one ice machine for all floors that was broken. Free breakfast was very good though. Common areas were clean and staff was friendly.

The TV in our room was a joke. The room smelled so bad, and the phone didn’t have a cord to the hand set. And I wanted to order room service for our dinner, but there was NO info on what restaurants the hotel worked with. So disappointed. I told the hotel worker about my experience. She didn’t say anything!

Not a bad place. A couple of very minor downsides though. The water pressure in the shower is very low and the coffee and tea area had no sugar or creamer available and there were no bottles of water or anything to drink in the room. I guess you have to be a member or something. There was a microwave and small refrigerator however. Very close to shopping and restaurants at Abq Uptown and Coronado Mall. The free breakfast was good but not great. Scrambled eggs (probably instant type), sausage, biscuits and gravy for hot selections. Cereal, fruit, toast/bagels and a large bowl of self serve plain yogurt for cold options. Coffee, tea, milk, and juice to drink. The maids did not speak English (Spanish only) so communication was limited if you needed anything. Overall not a bad place but I think there are better places for the same or less price.

Hospitality was top notch! Nice to feel welcomed coming through the doors. Great breakfast too!
