Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown

The pool was not available to us because of renovations being done. The staff was sweet and helpful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The shower head was very high and unreachable for shorter people. The toilets could flush better. The bed was comfy which is very important to me. Location was great- many good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed was very uncomfortable.

Maintenance was hammering and drilling while trying to rest. Front desk lady had no manners, no greeting, very old and dated musty dim scary hall lights.

Great place to stay. Very clean and lots of eating options around that are walkable. I really enjoy the environment, and it is very inviting.

Convenient, helpful staff, nice ice machines, optional breakfast for a fee. Pool was being renovated.

Room was dirty. Told front desk and he passed the buck to housekeeping for the next day

Nice hotel...clean and safe

The staff greeted me when I arrived and helped me out finding my room. The room was clean and cozy. Of I come back to Albuquerque I will stay here again and again

Great hotel. Nice room. Great amenities. Great staff Remideling is underway so there was some nouse and publuc areas limited. I did not hear it in my 3rd floor roon

Location & front desk people are usually helpful Handicapped room only has 1 bed. Since I have to take care of my handicapped family member I need 2 beds in the room. So staff suggested a rollaway bed

The rooms were excellent n quite comfy. And the air conditioning kept us nice n cool.

The beds were soooo comfortable, and we appreciated that each bed had a total of 4 pillows. The TV was working properly, lots of pixelating. This wasn't something that was that important to us. When I mentioned it at the front desk, within 5 minutes there was someone at the room to take a look. They weren't able to really fix it, since it seemed to be an issue with cable provider, NOT the hotels fault.

Dirty and disgusting

Destination charger is a plus. The facility is well lighted and we felt very safe arriving at 1:00 AM. Room is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly. I recommend it to anyone I know.
