The room was very comfortable; clean and well appointed. It even had a sea view. The staff were excellent; very welcoming and attentive. We thought it might be noisy from the bar below, but when it came to sleeping the noise quietened down. Tea/coffees/ biscuits were provided in the room. Free parking in the road outside was a bonus. No ordinary (blended) whisky served in the bar.....a first for us. Dinner was a bit of a disappointment - maybe down to me due to a recent medical condition, but there was nothing that appealed to me on the menu - I'd have like just plain and simple fish & chips. My wife had the fish pie which was good but not exceptional - the veggies had to be sent back to be re-heated. Breakfast was good, but a bit overcooked.

Quiet Heavy blackout curtains Having to fill out a form on arrival. I think this would be better to do online as we were tired. Presentation and delivery of this definitely needs to be toned down a touch in my opinion. TV could do with an update :-) The shower tray overflows so I had to turn off and wait for it to drain half way through.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful , especially Zee, and the food was excellent... the evening meal and the amazing breakfast Nothing

Fabulous location, close to the high street and beach. Lovely open fires in the pub, made it feel really cosy after a seafront walk Lack of dedicated parking, however we were fortunate to get a space on the seafront. Found the storage basket fixed to wall in the bath/shower restricted movement while using the shower. Knocked into it a few times.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location a few yards from the beach was a real plus too! Would recommend and hope to revisit soon.
