It was just a room…went with cheapest so there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in it but I just needed to sleep…

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Even when I arrived an hour early for my reservation, they still allowed me to check in. There's also a phenomenal Argentinian bakery right next to the establishment. It's like any other cheap motel that could always use some cleaning here and there, but that's as bad as it gets. I'll take that any day over any other place with pest issues.

In my opinion and experience staying in this hotel, I did have any problems. The room was clean went I got there and throughout my stay there was not anything loud or disturbing. The staff was courteous and amicable.

Had no hot water asked for my money back they refused me. You guys refused me. You guys are a bunch of losers and lost a member. I will never use Expedia again.

It was affordable. Need ice machine on all floors

The receptionist was not friendly, but he did his job. No shampoo or conditioner. I went shopping for that. Everything else was ok.

There was a woman in the room next to me who was very friendly. The woman made me pay for her breakfast but wouldn't eat with me.
