Unfortunately, our experience with the employee working the night shift in the lobby was very different. We were simply buying some water and happily talking because we were excited to see each other. He spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, told us to be quiet, and ordered us to move away from the reception area. His attitude was completely unnecessary and made us feel very uncomfortable. Aside from this unpleasant interaction, we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the rest of the staff, especially Maria.

The location is ideal, accessible and close to everything! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. -The website advertises a hot tub; however, there isn’t one at this facility. -Some of the equipment in the fitness center was broken/not working. -Paying $10 nightly to park when parking isn’t easily available felt unreasonable. -The male employee who was working the overnight shifts is not very friendly.

Pool was unusable do the the incredibly high temperature in the pool room. It was well over 100 degrees. This is an indoor pool area.
