My accessible room was immaculately cleaned and generously sized. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful in providing information about the area. The breakfast included multiple hot and cold options and was served starting at 6:30 am. Coffee machine grinds it fresh just before brewing individual cups. The smaller parking lot in the front of the hotel was full when I arrived at 10:20 pm. There is ample parking behind the building, but there wasn't a sign indicating additional parking so it wasn't immediately apparent. There is also not a pedestrian walkway from the back parking to the front and it's a somewhat steep hill to walk up to the lobby. Hotel is conveniently located near the National Harbor resort where my convention was being held, but with a significantly lower price point. The surrounding hotels looked of questionable quality in comparison to this one...this one was definitely was the best option!

I enjoyed the hotel but I was there a full week and my room was only cleaned the night before I left. I had to ask that my garbage e disposed of twice

Very well maintained and the rooms were well kept. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Great place

My only complaint is that some of the less-noticable spots weren't well cleaned. Specifically the bottom of the handrail in the tub looked concerning. Otherwise, my experience was great. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

I don't understand why we had to pay for parking when most places like that you don't have to pay for parking outside unattended parking

Good breakfast. Stayed on fourth floor with no elevator as it was under maintenance. Wish there were a shuttle to the metro or DCA airport.

Clean room, love the Dove products, and breakfast was on point.

My room and the facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The wait to check into the room was really long but otherwise everything was great.

The hotel is in the hood and when I went to checkout someone was stealing all the drinks and chips from the market store

Nd a number of electrical outlets did not work. The breakfast room had Fox News on. A neutral station sould be less offensive to patrons.

Very clean, wonderful staffs and great buffet breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

With rental car, Alexandria & Mt Vernon close by. Surrounding properties a little less desirable.

Nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed nice shower

Everything was A plus.
