Location was excellent. Clean rooms.

Parking Fee I did not like

Room had a stench and the pillows smelled. There was also water damage in the bathroom and the tv did not work.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing special I did not like the adjoining rooms. I did not like the fact that you have to pay to park $10.00 per day.

Room was very clean, staff was very helpful, breakfast above standard hotel grade. Hot tub was clean but water didn’t get as hot as shower did. Room was spacious which was nice for someone with mobility challenges.

Nice clean lobby, staff were very helpful and friendly, clean room, daily cleaning service, breakfast served hot every morning. Quiet and peaceful hallways. Couple of entrance and exit to the facility conveniently located near our room. Ample parking on site. Nice little convenience store on site. Five minute walk to Walmart and a few eateries

The Costa Coffee machine on the lobby level was great and breakfast was a nice inclusion in the room rate.

Check in was a bit slow as I arrived late evening and no staff was around for 10 minutes. Breakfast was good and staff grabbed a fresh bottle of ketchup when I said it was empty. The shower was slow to drain at 1st but eventually it drained with no issues. Overall a good stay with no big issues.

The clerk was just going to the back as I was coming in the door. And when she came back to the counter she asked me was I checking in. Great customer service, staff listening very well and smiled!!! Breakfast was nice because the pancake machine was down or they didn’t have any batter. A very quiet and pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel. It would be nice if y’all could find or make another spot for the people who like to smoke. The front door area should be off limits. And the pillows were too soft.

The overall experience was amazing. Breakfast was good location was great. There was children running up and down the hall from multiple rooms knocking on doors, but children will be children. Overall it was a great experience I did not care for the children running down the halls. But that is the parents doing, and letting the children do what they want. But kids will be kids
