Nothing ti like Housekeeping staff enter the room regardless of privacy and do not disturb sign or lid. The hotel furniture is very old. THIS IS A CHINESE HOTEL. They serve only Chinese food in room dining! Air condition is hot and cannot be controlled from inside the room. Very bad location. Nearest metro station is 10 min walking. Staff not helping when requesting a van to airport, they say they can only provide small cars NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY

Amazing property and the friendliest staff I have ever met. Best place I have ever stayed in Paris. Super clean rooms and large parking garage. This place was great. The staff was so nice and helped me with every issue I had. 5 STARS! I LIKED EVERYTHING

There is actually nothing I did not like except that its a bit far from the city center but there are nearby stations 2-3 mins walking where you take the most suitable transportation to the city center.

Staff was nice but not co-operatve. Extremely chinese oriented hotel- staff, food, language, aesthetic- everything. If you are not chinese- you may not like it. Breakfast was very chinese theme cuisine, Rooms had spiders and mold marks all around, Carpets were dirty, Bed sheets not changed- even after requesting to change, they wouldn't. Showed spider photos/ videos to the staff to which they offered complimentary parking but the manager didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge the issue or offer an alternative room. First time in Paris, and certainly not good experience.

staff tried to help best they can but most dont speak engligh. spiders inside room, mould in bathroom, smoking smell all around with cigarette marks in the room. spiders in the room.. very bad smoking smell all around the rooms/ coridor. Specifically asked for non- smoking room due to allergies, but was given smoking room. Got room changed and than people in next room were smoking every night till 2am. Mould in the room, i got terribly sick after staying here. breakfast was mainly catering to Chinese community- lacks taste/ variety

Just outside Paris, parking option. Bus stop in frint to travel to center. Spacious room with excellent walk in shower and separate toilet. Breakfast limited but enough choice and well prepared. View off the Seine is beautiful. But don't go down to the river as it smells.

Hotel rooms and washrooms were clean The parking at number 2 level was very dingy and dark. When I went to pick up my car there was NO light at all in the parking lot There was NO elevator signs in the parking lot. We had to walk a lot to find the elevator to the lobby There was NO USB charger port in the rooms

Good hotel. Very beautiful view. Good breakfast. Breakfast can be enhanced with a live station for eggs, creeps etc as done by similar 4 star hotels Some times there was a stink from the bathroom. Not sure if it was the drain or inadequate exhaust. This has to be fixed

Nice river view! Building felt quiet empty. Interior upkeep is okay, but exterior could use some love. Free breakfast was very Asian, and weak in creativity.

.Quiet and peaceful hotel The breakfast was bad for me. Since I am not a Chinese person, they generally made the breakfast according to their own taste, but I think it would be good if everyone comes and the breakfast was prepared accordingly.. and another bad thing is that there is a very bad sewage smell in the bathroom.

Big comfortable parking, spacious room, comfy big bed, great climate control in the room, generous buffet breakfast. All in all our stay was amazing New Year experience!
