KYRIAD PARIS EST - Bois de Vincennes

The location was ok and nice and quiet The carpet was filthy in the room. - lots of stains. The walls had lots of marks on them. No refreshments in the room such as bottled water or tea/coffee items. Tried to get a coffee from the bar and take it to the room but was told no. Very basic room with just beds, 1 chair.

No refrigerator. Breakfast was not very good

Very clean place. Professional and friendly personnel. Very reasonably priced for location, with breakfast included. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and when we got it there was an issue with the room. The issue was quickly resolved by the personnel. In the end we were very happy with the room, as we'd asked for a quiet room and ours was very quiet (especially considering it's Paris). Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We'll come back here! All good.

Staff were friendly and nice. Rooms ac smells and is very low. Carpet has lots of stains, i dont want to step on the floor with bare foot at all. Rooms are old and very uncomfortable. Walls have stains. My Towels smells on the first day, luckily it got changed the second day. Does not look like the photos. Also no Amneties in rooms such as Fridge or hot water. Dont recommend to park there as the parking garage is very very narrow.hard to get in and harder to get out.

Despite "Do not disturb", multiple times we were knocked for cleaning. The floor is a bit old and felt dirty.

Breakfast was really nice and variable. Convenient location close to public transport. There was no any problem with water or heating There is no soundproofing rooms. I didn't hear neighbors, but everything going on in the hallway was as noisy as if the door wasn't closed. I don't recommend taking a room close to the elevator. There were some questions about cleanliness, but overall, for the price, it was quite decent.

Limited option in breakfast. carpet inside the room really bad. Bathroom, bed size, friendly staff. Especially the people from breakfast area. Carpet inside the room, very dirty ( too much stain)

Very friendly front desk staff. Decent bed and linens. Good neighborhood with some restaurants within 100 meters No ventilation: no air conditioning/heat was working, the only window faced the lower lobby and was not built to open. A small desk top electric fan was all the air flow we got. The bathroom was in an awkward space, with only 8 inches to the wall in front of the toilet seat and 4 inches to the right side wall. A large person could not possibly use that toilet. The carpet was in really, really bad need of cleaning, to the point where we wore our socks before walking on it. The building had a lot of large glass panels in front, facing the street. They were all filthy.

Additional pillows must be provided; the bathroom is very small, and there is a narrow area to sit on the toilet. There is no way an architect designed it like that. I like the location. Short walk to the metro. Stayed here years ago when it was best western but it has definitely changed. Not the same as when it was best western.

Close to places and I didn’t lost my stuffs

Great value of the money has metro access. supermarket and great boulangeries around. Easy access via metro to all Paris attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful specially the night shifts l. Clean spacious Rooms were also above expectations for the price. Nothing
