Letsos Hotel

The facility was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the location was good, and there were nice amenities. I didn't like paying for A/C or the gym separately; it should be built into the price. It felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed.

Great location with an excellent swimming pool that has a restaurant & bar. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Not necessarily a negative, however finding a parking spot can be challenging (which is typical for the whole island), however we were able to squeeze the car in without a problem.

The hotel is 4 star and you have to pay for air conditioner ?

Great pool, we also could use additional pool accros the street if we wanted something more quiet. Great stuff at the big pool, food and drinks so good! Amazng location 3 min from Bocca beach bar. Good for families. Very good in fact Terrible that breakfast is from 8:00 unitl 10:00, gets so busy. Need to wait in line to get food and after you finaly get your food there is not empty table that you can use. I think stuff need to have at least 3h breakfast for that many people. Food was just ok.

The weather -The room was very narrow, did not have much space, and was poorly designed, as the sink used to block every single time. -reception is an ancient fashion - food is not great at all.. I ordered avocado toast, and it came with avocado mayo, which was disgusting- also, you ca t add an egg or something like that; it's standard - It is next to the main road so you will hear lots of noise. It is very poorly soundproof - the room cleaners are very loud at 7 am, which is unbelievable

the location was great, lots of bars restaurants and supermarkets right outside the hotel. beach was a short walk away. very central to Zante town and kalamaki beach. taxis we used were very reliable. we used one local taxi firm all weekend who was incredibly helpful breakfast was good. room was lovely deluxe family with an upstairs and downstairs. 2 showers, 2 toilets. they come and take food and drinks orders from the sunbed. hotel staff were ok. room was tended to everyday of a 3 day break but not really cleaned (used glasses and cups not replaced or washed) this wasn't an issue for us really. the nisos bar around the pool the staff. we're very friendly and helpful. although the hotel has had some very lovely upgrades it looks as though these have been done very quickly with lots of snagging issues. but if you look past this it really is a lovely hotel. This didn't ruin our stay and I am going to take my husband back here as I loved it so much

Our room was excellent; balcony with hot tub, 2 floors with newly renovated rooms, 2 bathrooms. The pool area is awesome, although the water in the pool was freezing (which it of course is end of October). Breakfast was not good. The hotel seems to be renovating part by part, so there are parts, such as the reception area, which are in need of an update.

Our housekeeper was a wonderful lady. Always smiling and very attentive. But the rest of the staff were mediocre. The entire building stinks like sewage. Our room has a really bad smell we had to endure during our 5 day stay. Not a good place to stay although it’s convenient around the shops. ?

The room with had had an outside private pool. Even though there were rooms surrounding us there was still a lot of privacy. Not a very busy noice place but still had restaurants and loads of shops around. Everything was really clean and the staff was really nice.

Even from the point of booking everybody (Yiota) especially was just so helpful and accommodating, our room was absolutely perfect. Loads of room and a hottub on the balcony! Many great days by the pool and great nights at the pool bar/restaurant. We will be back and would highly recommend.

The stuff was nice and the food was good is well The smell , they advertised for the room is not correct and for the facilities, oh and they literally charge for everything even an air conditioner and a turist tax ,pretty much everyone that stayed there got really sick
