Friendly stuff

Bed was super comfy, AC worked well, bathroom was small but i loved it.. enough space for what you need. Towels and slippers were a plus. There is nothing i did not like.

I had a wonderful stay at Zen Hotel in Athens. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the city, local attractions, restaurants, and the airport bus stop. It made getting around Athens simple and stress-free. What made the biggest difference was the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They took the time to explain how to get around, recommended places to visit and eat, and were always ready to help with any questions. Their kindness and support truly helped make my visit to Athens even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you very much to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Convenient

Location was great. Staff were very friendly. Easy access to public transport. Easy parking area. Rooms were noisy. You could hear the other guests. Facilities were basic, but expected at that price.

The jacuzzi tub - free water bottles Everything else… the rooms don’t look like the pictures, very misleading. Old and run down place. The A/C doesn’t work great and turns off when you leave the room so it’s always hot when you come in and it takes a long time to cool off again. It’s not right on the beach, you have to walk across busy traffic. No restaurants nearby. NO coffee in the room. Jacuzzi was dirty, once you run the jets all kinds of particles float in the water. Front desk staff barely speaks English, only one of them was kind. Not enough insulation in the building, you can hear your neighbors. Mine in particular was very loud, slamming doors and talking on the phone past midnight. Bed is VERY hard, not very comfortable. I had to unhook the mini fridge bc the motor was so loud! No metro station, only bus. Overall, needed a less expensive place to stay for the last days of my Greece trip but you get what you pay for ~ I only recommend if you’re on a budget and don’t have high expectations and are a deep sleeper.

When we arrived they give us water, I liked the towel set and that there were slippers. The ants in the shower.

Friendly staff and spacious room. Quaint decor. Bathroom was a bit old, and location wise a bit fr from restaurants etc but overall good.

Very spacious bedroom. Big parking behind the hotel. Clean and an elevator is available. No shower head holder, it was broken. Very small bathroom. You have to give your room key back to the staff every time you go out, even to take your luggage from the car. No tea or no waterboiler in the room, you have to ask downstairs. I expected more for this price in Greece.

It was close to the beach and not far from the bus stop The shower was rather small with poor lighting, as well as the hot tub in the room was not clean. The “partial sea view” is a great way to explain the view. Partially sea view, mostly someone’s “backyard view”.

Close to the beach, free street parking , helpful stuff people, convenient location. No breakfast offers, no kettle or coffee machine in the room.
