Location was great and although small room did the trick for a night. Also very quiet. Unfortunately heatwave and the fan in the room was very badly placed, so did not help at all. Also issues with the tv, a kind gentleman came to help but could not fix it.

Staff were very friendly

It could improve cleanliness of the room. The room could also feel more inviting with a few relatively simple adjustments, as more attention to detail, and some improvements to the overall décor and comfort.
-
Good option for value up to €80 per night.

Great location, great value, great staff. Gets hot, no AC, but most of London has no AC

Friendly staff, location, cleanliness

Great location, great value. Very difficult to beat the quality without spending much more money. It gets hot in the summer, but most of London does not have AC.

This was a decent place to stay for a night, the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee were provided in the room, and it was fairly close to the train station. Generally the bathroom was not the best quality. There was small amounts of mold in the shower and it looked a little haphazardly re-done (excess caulking to fill big gaps and such). I was also asked to pay again when I first got there (after paying in full online when booking), which did put my guard up. It took a little bit of convincing and standing up for myself for the employee to drop it, so just beware of excess charges and make sure you have proof of your payment ready. No AC, so sleeping was fairly uncomfortable in the hot June air despite there being a fan.

Nothing, all was perfect!

Good location. Good service.

Very nice and organized place! Appreciated the lifts and common spaces Very very hot room with a high-up, small fan that doesn't point on you at all when sleeping. Please add a more adjustable desk fan or something

Overall we liked the most the manager and their kindness to tell us all the best places ti visit in London. They made sure we had everything needed in the hotel room and answered any additional question. Hospitality is at a great level which is the most important. Location is in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket nearby and very close bus stops and tube stations

The host was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good. Easy to get to places with public transport. The only thing I would say could be better is that it was quite hot in the room even with windows open and/or fan on. But it was very hot outside too so it makes sense. I would say AC would be nice.

extremely noisy, almost impossible to sleep
-
Very good location, near underground and market
-
The staff were very kind and welcoming, the value of the room waa great. Exactly as described/pictured online.

The overall feel of the place could be improved with a bit more care and attention to the decoration. For example, the skirting boards looked scruffy but it wasn't that they were dirty.
-
The staff was very friendly and the facilities very clean.
-
The staff going the second mile to help guests!

Had someone banging. And drilling gone 10pm
