The hospitality is great, all the facility is very child friendly and the food is great! The owner is so nice and the music evening was great with him playing specially for us Hava Nagila! All the staff is helpful and we felt better than at home! The area is beautiful and we did great walks in the mountains. We will definitely return! Nothing

We had a very pleasant stay! The hosts were friendly, helpful, and polite, which made us feel very welcome. One big plus was the free parking available in the yard – very convenient. During our visit, the weather was mostly rainy, so we spent quite a bit of time indoors. Luckily, the on-site spa was a great way to relax and enjoy our time even when we couldn’t go out. It was definitely a highlight of the stay! Would happily recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

The location was great and the staffs were friendly. The sauna was too cold as we visited around 17:00. As we came back from the night ski around 23:30, there was no hot shower in the room available and had to sleep without showering. The room was clean, but the shower area looked quite aged with not-removable dirt at the edges and there was a tiny silverfish seen in the night.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Schartner! The staff, especially the receptionist, were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better—close to a supermarket and just a short distance from the ski area, perfect for a family trip. Our suite was spacious and cozy, and the private infrared cabin was a highlight, offering the perfect way to relax after skiing. Overall, a wonderful, child-friendly hotel with great amenities and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended! -

Clean, facilities and location. Friendly staff in the main. Lack of information about the facilities on sight. I had to go on the website to remind myself what was available. Reluctance of staff to show or direct me to facilities e.g. when I asked where the fitness room and sauna was I was simply told that they were in the annex but was not shown where the annex was located. All queries were answered but one had to drag the information out of staff.

Excellent location on main street in Altenmarkt, very good breakfast, helpfull staff always on disposition, comfort room, owner of hotel Mr. Bernard Schartner provided very warm hospitality for each guest. Definitely in this hotel you can feel as part of family, not just guest. Very good dinner prepared by owner who is also ch.cook. Highly recommended hotel.

A fantastic typical tyrolean hotel in the Pingua region. Stayed one night passing through but could definitely stay many nights to explore any season. Comfortable rooms with a very nice breakfast on the way out. The owner/host is gracious with his time and information. Loved this place and it's woodwork and history. Will stay here again when exploring the area next year.

Not much The room was old, the toilet wasn’t working well, we had to remind them to clean the room and everything was vey expensive.
