Proximity to the airport. Cleanliness was good Facilities can be improved. There was no towel holder in bathroom. No tissue boxes in room. Also quality of hand wash, body wash can be improved. Please employ staff who are good at freaking in English as well

Clean modern hotel not far from the airport. We chose it as our flight was arriving close to 3am. Grabbed a taxi from the airport and it was less than 10 mins away down some side roads.

The staff is really very good and helping and Also the Owner Sam personally met us and greeted and even advised to best spots at Munnar to explore...So nice and friendly people .Food quality is awesome and value for money ....I recommend to explore this property it's good value for money and quite budget friendly. Felt really isolated. Was upset that the guys at reception said they could not help me with a refund on the additional room which I had paid for but cancelled 4 days before. Subsequently I have simply been ignored when I follow up on my refund request. I was on the ground floor and got no sleep due to the noise from reception all night long.

Close to the airport Bathroom and shower too small. Property canceled my booking and then continued to send me messages about the booking for weeks afterward and tried to charge me again.

The property has ample space in the front with mango trees to walk in the shade in the day time and also in the nights. Which gave my dad some space to walk in the evening. Even though breakfast included with our room would be preferable. There is a veg restaurant Saravana bavan 200mts from this location. So it wasn’t much of a hassle for us.

Recommend this hotel but avoid booking.com for reserving rooms. Booking.com canceled our reservation without notifying us. Thankfully, the hotel staff was fantastic; they managed to squeeze us into two spare rooms. Do not book this hotel through Booking.com

Breakfast could be better

Very helpful, courteous and welcoming staff as well as the host. Property being at the prime location and yet so calm and quiet. Very clean with good breakfast options. Highly recommended place

We purchased breakfast from the hotel. It was very affordable and delicious. Local Kerala cuisine and very wonderful staff.

Near to airport - Not much clean - if it is a rainy day then you can't sleep, because the side roof makes a lot of noise. - You can feel the dust and old ness.

This was such a great hotel that we booked again on our way out of India.

This hotel is really close to the airport and makes flying in late very worth it. We decided to walk to the hotel and it was only a 15 minute walk from the airport. The hotel is a little tucked in so finding it on your own can challenging. If you have a taxi no need to worry. The check in process was very easy and the staff were very friendly. The hotel room will have little stickers with cute messages (the bathroom had one that said "sing like no-one is listening"). There is plenty of parking in case you are driving. Breakfast was available at the hotel for an additional fee but 3-5 minute walk you will have a restaurant with affordable food. There was a fan and AC in there so it kept us cool all night and day. The power went out on us in the room but this is no the hotel is all over Kerala. The reception was so kind that when we were going to our next destination they gave us additional water for the road, that was very kind. As soon as you make a reservation you will get a general email saying that you must pay using their 3rd party website or else your cancelation may be removed. This was very scary and annoying I tried to pay online but got so many issues so I decided to take the chance and pay on arrival. Paying on arrival was no problem I paid with Credit Card but that auto email message came to my inbox every hour it was not necessary.
