Great stay everything was nice and the rooms where spacious only problem was the laundry room it was a mess and the machines didn't work half the time

The room was clean but towels were stained with brown marks Hallways were not vacuumed. Sheets are cheap polyester and were hot. Changing sheets to cotton would make a big difference in sleep quality

When we entered our room, it was obvious it hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was a used razor left on the bathroom counter, an opened package of popcorn sitting on the kitchen counter, and the floors were covered in hair, dust, crumbs, and food. There was also hair all over the bathroom counter. To make matters worse, the motion-sensor bathroom lights are a terrible design. If you’re taking a shower or using the restroom, the lights turn off after a short time. The only way to get them back on is to open the bathroom door, which is incredibly inconvenient. When I went to the front desk to report how dirty our room was, another guest walked up at the same time to complain that their room hadn’t been cleaned either. That tells me this wasn’t an isolated issue. For what we paid after driving 8 hours to get here, this was completely unacceptable. This place should be called “Neverhome Suites,” not Everhome Suites. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.

That out of the way, the stay was excellent. I’d made a request for a quiet room on the fourth floor on Expedia and the hotel honored it no problem. The check-in clerk was unbelievably warm and kind to put a smile on my face. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless. Location is great for Amarillo area. You’re located in a medical office park so it’s very quiet. Two minor things which are largely irrelevant. One is they doing construction in the area and it can be difficult to find hotel at night. Two the bathroom is equipped with an automatic sensor light. More than once I was in the shower and the light turned itself off and had to fumble in the dark to turn it back on. Aside from these two ridiculously small things this is an awesome place to stay.

Once I located the front desk clerk-and it took some time and effort- I was told since we had booked through Expedia, only Expedia could refund the unused night or that night's pet deposit. I STILL haven't been able to speak to a human at Expedia to get help, so all things considered: NEVER AGAIN.

Overall it's a clean place to sleep for the price. But the bed pillows are too small they're like the size of the ones you keep on your couch. They also need to install a bell at the front desk. Nobody was there and you had to yell for somebody.

Overall the property was in good condition. Room was fairly clean, but the hallways had a strong smell of rotted food given that garbage bags are pilled up in the evening near the elevator. The bed was a bit firm for my liking and the A/C is quite loud. Good location and quiet. Would recommend for a short stay.

Checked in to a room with NO AC (Room 302), in Mid July... when I asked to be moved I was told they could not do that at the moment. But assured me that Maintenance would be there at 10 am from the front desk the following morning. The next morning when I followed up about my AC request, the morning crew was not even aware. I asked to move rooms and I was told to hold on, and assured the maintenance tech would be there to fix our AC in 10 minutes. The maintenance tech never showed up. It wasn't until I went down and demanded another room that I was given one. I was staying there with a toddler. This hotel is fairly new. I don't understand how they could miss that. When I checked in to the room With no AC (Room 302) there was also already trash in the restroom Waste basket. Also there were guests in the parking lot blasting loud music until 4 am, making resting even more difficult on top of the heat of the room.

CONS: Room was not as clean as it could have been. There appeared to be dirt/sand on the counters, living room shelves, etc and on the floor. I had to order my own cleaning supplies to tidy it up. Stove's fuse burned out 2x and maintenance had to come by to fix that (he was super nice). Door lock jammed 3x and they'd have to reprogram our key cards or have maintenance fix. Hallways and carpets seemed dingy and I would see trash on floors or guests leave trash/dirty towels outside their door. I recommend this place but these were my issues. Pet fee for my cat was $50/non-refundable. I did not receive $10 beverage/food credit. It wasn't even offered/mentioned. 7-day stay.
