Quite, welcoming, relaxing, nice restaurant in the hotel, friendly staff Every thing was just pleasant

Place is nice, rooms are simple, clean, 7 min walking from the beach. Breakfast was delicious. Really small shower, it’s not comfortable. Noisy, so at night you cant open window, because there is some strange noise from outside (like air conditioner pipes or something like that).

The room view was amazing - great to be able to see the Magra river from the balcony. Room size was good - from the hotel message I thought it would be smaller but no it was good :) Bathroom has a great size, I was quite pleased with it. Above all it is a great place to relax, also the village is quite charming and super chilled. The restaurant in the hotel is also great. Shower area is a bit small for very tall (+1.85m) people. I didn't mind, honestly, but there are no elevators - if you stay in the top floor like I did, there will be some stairs to go up. The power plugs are a bit further away from the bed - keep in mind.

Nice clean room with balcony that had a great view across the Magra river. Attentive staff. Perhaps hot food at breakfast but really just a small grumble.

Great location. Good secure parking. Nice terrace. On-site restaurant which was very good. Great air-con. Very nice staff. Wi-FI was very poor. Sound proofing is not good. Quite noisy.

The room is large and comfortable. The hotel is a wonderful museum. The owner is very wonderful and the employees are very friendly. I will definitely repeat the experience next time. The bed is two separate beds that are combined and move while sleeping. There is no elevator

Enchanting views from the terrace. Although the stairs were a challenge with our cases. The Kind Staff tried hard to assist us.

Perfect location with spectacular views over the Marina di Carrara. Food in the restaurant was fabulous. The room appeared a little small though I think this was due to the full set of furniture.

Staff is nice and attentive. Beautiful views over coast, mountains, sea and boats. Parking. Relatively good location if willing to go to Cinque terre. Restaurant downstairs has nice food for dinners and you get 10% discount. AC worked well. The hotel requires renovations (for their rating and price). The shower water works bad, especially if other guests use it (or not), it takes long time to get enough water; the toilet seat was not stable. The furniture and decorations in the room are outdated and not so ‘charming’. When staying you can hear all noise from the corridor and other rooms. Breakfast was often not fresh and limited. At some point one can find the location working, at the same time it is not - good beaches are on the other side of the coast, the one next to the hotel is not so pleasant.

It was well located and has a sea view. It also had air conditioning!

Great location, good communication, friendly staff, free parking, relaxed atmosphere, decent breakfast, nice terrace. The area is amazing. Walking behind the hotel to climb up to the Monastery or visit the local public pebble beach with refreshing clear water & wonderful sunset on the mountains. Aircon very noisy and only in one of the two rooms. Cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, fridge in room not really cold. The place could do with further modernising.
