The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet so it was great for a great night sleep. Room was spacious and would recommend this hotel.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had high-quality items that were nutritious and the coffee was very good. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was very conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

We held two big family celebrations here. The "party" room was large and had everything we needed. The staff was fantastic both times - accommodating, helpful, and super nice. Nothing to say here! Everything was great!

The staffs were great and very helpful. The mgr took care right away the billing issue I had. I will for sure stay again if ever I end traveling in Iowa.

Exceptional

The bad: Bed was hard and showerhead choices seemed to be light spray or hard, no good in between for rinsing long hair. The good: nice mini kitchen full of dishes, cups and silverware.i made a cup of hot chocolate in an actual mug before bed. Breakfast was pretty good. Even took a muffin for the road and it was really good/moist. The hot tub was small but hit the spot after walking all day. The staff was very friendly and helpful...5 stars on the staff.

Bed was very firm. Had pull out couch for daughter and when it was pulled out, you couldn't get around the main bed to get to the left side. Was able to turn couch and make it work. No canopy to load car under when it was raining.
