Motel 6 Amherst, NY - Buffalo

Honestly not too picky when it comes to overnight hotel stays but this was the most uncomfortable I’ve been. Room was claimed to be non-smoking but truly smelt like someone was constantly in the room with me smoking; it was terrible. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box. If you’re looking for even the slightest of a decent sleep don’t book here. If you don’t care and just need a roof, this is your place.

there was no running water on my second night stay...could not flush toilet or was hands. Gross!! Floors was not mopped and our feet was black, found hair on the sheets that was not ours...pure garbage and told people not to book here

Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. The front staff was very polite and informative

Very disappointed with this location. If you want water in your room in the middle of the night don't stay here. The mattress had stains on them, the bottom of the chair had what I thought was blood when I brought it to the counter the manager Informed me it was food " no big deal". Because of the way I look they made assumptions about me, which were false. The price was affordable but for all these above reasons I will not stay here again, and would tell anyone I know to stay far away from here. This location has gone down so much since I stayed here 12 years ago you would think I was a different property.

The Beds are extremely uncomfortable with not the cleanest bedding. Other than that, we got what we paid for.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the property was run down and smelled like someone’s old lunch. Worse was that the bed sheets were dirty, like someone had slept in the bed with dirty feet and they just remade the bed. I got very little sleep between stressing over lack of cleanliness, an uncomfortable mattress, and noise through very thin walls. I would not recommend this property

Love the location being close to shopping movie theater, good restaurants university of Buffalo.

Got a room with no fridge in it, water ran luke warm in the shower, was woken up at 3 am by a man repeatedly slamming his door shut yelling obscenities at whoever he was with. The cheap price point is attractive for people on a budget but know that you might be sacrificing safety being here.

Good value for the price. The location is great, and the room was a good size. The only downside was that the mattress wasn't very comfortable, but it was perfectly fine for a short stay.

I thought it was breakfast and toothbrushes and toothpaste for free but it wasnt

Everything was good I don't stay in motel 6 chains anymore but I was too tired to look for others and was surprised by how nice this one was.

Beds are making noise and most important this is that, there is no vent fan kind of equipment in the bathroom, that's why it is always very bad smell. i think its Exhaust Fan Good location near to University.
