Motel 6 Amherst, NY - Buffalo

Tv didn’t work beds where not comfortable at all

Bring shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels. Towel, toilet, bath tub and the bed had hair in it. The Lowest the AC goes is 66 C so my hair was not even dried overnight. No fridge or microwave so do not bring any leftover coffee/drinks/food. Drain of bathroom was clogged with hair so we had to pull the drain up that was left unscrewed to drain the sink. Weak toilet flush. It was $176 for the night due to move in week. Not worth. But at least the staff were helpful and nice.

All good. They could weed outside around their building.

Reasonable priced and good for a quick trip!

Nothing fancy, but room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and was fine for a 2 night stay as a place to shower and sleep. Would have been better if there was a small place to sit to watch tv (like a comfortable chair or loveseat). It was good to have the small fridge and microwave. Was a little disappointed that I couldn’t use my AARP membership discount at check in. I didn’t realize I had to mention that when I booked this trip.

Staff was not helpful and rude

We stayed at this motel 6 on August 20th overnight. The room had flies…those big juicy ones. A rusty sharp hook of some sort was attached to the sink in the bathroom, perfect height to catch some skin, and this was next to the toilet that wouldn’t flush!!! There was also a very loose electrical socket behind the nightstand between the 2 beds. Obviously there was a reason the room was so cheap! I’ll never stay at this motel 6 or any other.

Took my security deposit won’t tell my why I complained to staff and Expedia about issues nothing was done

It got us through the night fine

This isn't the worst hotel I've stayed at, nor the cleanest. But nothing made me run away. You get what you pay for.

The room we stayed in (105) had no lock on the bathroom door.

Motel 6 was very clean…And the staff was very friendly!!

The bed sheets were damp - I felt wet all night. Will not go back. Front desk kept saying they didn't receive my payment and wanted to charge me again. Seemed sketchy.

The Bedding was in need of replacement. The blankets and spreads were tattered and ripped in places. The toilet paper holder was so far away from the toilet that you had to get up to reach it. There was no breakfast at all and the only thing that was offered was hot water dispenser and coffee urn by the office.
