Huge kitchen, great location and loved renting out fun things like board games, crockpot etc

Was in town for a charity bike ride and the hotel overbooked. I was supposed to have a room with two beds since I was meeting a friend. They placed us in a one bed room with a roll out bed, which was very uncomfortable.

The bad: What in the cost cutting nonsense is up with the air conditioning units?? We walked into our room and it was hot. Go to bump the thermostat down but it's already at it's lowest - 65°. We thought the unit must be broken so we went down to request a different room. The girl at the desk was very nice, but let us know that all of the rooms are that way. Apparently their units are designed to "sense" when someone is in the room and turn themselves off when it's empty. But that means that every time you leave it gets hot. And if you sleep through the night, it gets hot. And the units do not cool well enough or fast enough to recover from that. Needless to say, we did not use the blankets. Also, beds were very firm. We were happy to only be spending 2 nights here.

Very nice.

Great amenities!

The 1 bedroom suites do not have a/c in the bedroom. They use a passthrough with a very weak fan from the living room's a/c unit to the bedroom. it doesn't work. the bedroom was a sauna the entire stay. they need to be honest about it online. their ice machine was down, and was told I could go to the neighboring, competing hotel for ice.

Good breakfast with variety of foods Nothing

Very good place to stay. Stayed for one night only.

However, when Hotels.com followed up with the hotel, I was told they were unable to obtain confirmation of the incident. I even provided the name of the staff member I spoke with, Mel, but the issue still could not be verified. I prefer not to share the details of the incident publicly, as I do not want this review to have an unnecessarily negative impact on the hotel. That said, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. My main concern is that the follow-up and support I was promised never materialized.

No proud of how tge suite we paid for the hotel never had a king suite , very misleading , tge hotel saw our issue and made the best accommodation they could

late check in and early check out; staff support was minimal; no ice bucket; no complimentary water offered at late night with young children on a raining day; and no ice bucket ...

The hotel was OK as a place to sleep. There were some issues with the bathroom. When I checked in, the towel rack had fallen out of the wall and was on the floor. I alerted the front desk but they did nothing about it. In addition, the plug in the sink was stuck in the closed position. And on my first day, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the wifi worked well.

It cpuld.be cleaner. Looked like floor wasn't slept. Carpet felt gross.
-
Good location, quiet but not too far from where we wanted to be. Staff were so polite and helpful. Rooms were fantastic, clean, small kitchen was great and stocked with good quality toiletries. Good gym downstairs to use plus laundry place to wash and dry clothing. Would highly recommend. Nothing, lovely stay and all good.

I stayed here for the kitchenette as there weren't many restaurants near by that were open late. Having laundry facilities for guests is a great idea. Room photos online are very accurate. Could have used more parking in the front. SMH at the kitchenette set up, which I found mildly inconvenient; not enough for a bad review. There were only 1 or 2 plates / forks. There was a dishwasher but only 1 pod. There was soap to handwash dishes, but no sponge. There were 2 pots and 2 lids but the sizes didn't match. No skilllet. Most people must just use the microwave.

Professional staff. Big rooms.
-
Great staff, clean room
-
Location is very close to UB. GMgr was excellent. Rooms very spacious. Complimentary coffee/tea in lobby. Kitchenette in room. No breakfast.
-
Convenient location, loved the Anne I ties in the room. Comfortable bed. Pillows too soft. Ants present along flooring between laminate and carpet transition.
-
I really enjoy the facilities and independence.
