The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was a nice bonus. The only minor downside was that the pool was quite small, so it may not be ideal if you're looking to lap swimming. Overall, though, the hotel offers good value for the price. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in the Buffalo area.

The room was not how it was portrayed online. There were rips in the carpet, fixtures were outdated, there were stains (including a blood stain) on the bed linens. There were constantly individuals outside the door smoking and talking to themselves, walking in the middle of the driving lane; experience was less than desirable.

It was hot. There were clumps of hair in my bathroom upon arrival slept on the top of my bed and scooted.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

Everything was fine except room did not have a more accessible tub shower as promised when I reserved the room.

Convenient location room was quiet & clean but there was a constant stale musty odor permeating from the carpet/room that was not correctable even with air freshener

Room was clean, smelled fresh. Bed very comfortable with soft sheets. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was clean. Our room overall was fine. Breakfast offered multiple selections and the time frame of 3 hours was generous. The building in general needs upkeep, repairs to carpet, floors, walls. We did not use the pool or workout area, so no opinion on that. We had our little dog and the grounds were very nice for walking him outside. Several outdoor tables and chairs for eating, smoking, and relaxing. If the building was spiffed up with needed repairs, I would rate it as excellent.

The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was very decent. Eggs, waffle maker, breakfast meat if you like that, a bunch of bagels/toast options cereal yogurt and so on. I don't really think this property was worth 250+ but I was in a pinch so I booked it. Probably would not pick it again.
