Horrible hotel there was a roach in the room. The entire Hotel looks rundown and outdated. wouldn’t recommend to no one.

Hotels, nasty I would never stay in this one again.

Exterior: Parking is Free. This place provides ample parking and the parking lot is well lit at night. Grounds and the exterior of the building need a lot of work- when we stayed there was maintenance working all day. If this place is renovating management needs to take a look at the work being done and make sure it is completed adequately. The outside of this building needs a lot of TLC. I don't think there is any elevator to the second floor. So if you visit and use a wheel chair ask for a bottom floor room. Deposit: No room deposit, they just ask for a credit card to keep on file for incidentals. Internet: This hotel offers free Wifi though every device we tried to connect wouldn't connect or if we did get it to connect it wouldn't stay connected. Pets: Pets Welcome! Please see their website for Pet Policies. Bugs: We did not see any bugs in the room. The room: #26 was a disaster! Poorly renovated if it even was renovated. Damp and the beds were uncomfortable.

Checked 5 different rooms to find one that wasn't absolutely filthy or had a fully functioning bathroom and was still unable to find one. Got a refund and went to a different hotel.

it's very clean for this price,But some passengers are so noisy that they keep screaming with their children.

We didn’t get any breakfast. The lady we turned out key cards into. The next morning was very pleasant. The guy who checked us in was not pleasant at all. We were asking questions about the area. He wasn’t very friendly! I paid for 2 rooms for my family and the bathroom in rm 201 was not clean at all. And those 2 things are the reason why I will not be returning to your motel. Cleaner bathrooms mop the floors in the bathroom. And the guy who checked us in was not pleasant at all. We will be in Amherst by for 3 weeks. But decided to leave your motel at 8 am this morning. We thought we would try it 1 night to see how the experience would be. Chose to leave.

The staff were very nice and helpful especially the lady Amey The building is a little bit old and needs an update

Location was great Plastic sheets on the beds was uncomfortable-noisy/hot, bathroom light constantly flickered, tub was scratched up ( we bought a tub mat to cover it), floors were dirty, no refrigerator or microwave.

The price. My daughter woke up with bites all over her from the bed.
