Nice quiet, not close to downtown

Only one bathroom for five people

The bed is comfortable It’s dirty hotel. The there is no room cleaning service, I stayed 6 days and I asked several times for room cleaning and the didn’t cleaned once after 5 nights and it

The rooms were not at all clean. Handwash and body lotions was missing, with dust everywhere. The hairdryer was covered with oil, hair and dust. Shower water outlet was completely blocked and there was no fix or cleaning after requesting.

Good breakfast and friendly staff Location as I had to walk almost 15-20 minutes each time to reach a good restaurant or grocery or to catch tram.

Just the distance from the hotel to first station was around 15 min by walk. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The appartment didnt have a door between one room and the bathroom, just a courtain. There are no pictures about this as we would have chosen 2 separate rooms instead of an appartment

nice big hotel. Rooms very comfortable and clean. breakfast was good but not exceptional. advisable for business and pleasure. You can reach the city fast enough. somewhat noisy with the airplanes. We had to wait pretty long at checkin.

The location is amazing. It is too quiet and nature calming for meditation and alone time spending. Tho it is a 15 mnts walk to the nearest tram station. The cleanliness of the bed sheets and towels they were full of hairs. And the strict rules of the cleaning, it is not daily it’s upon request only and always a day before. They are trying to achieve the key green certificate something like this so they have this rule which it doesn’t make sense at least change the trash bins and provide clean towels and bed sheets. I spent like 6 days they never changed my bed sheets only folding the bed. Also I didn’t like the restaurant rule, they provide few options and lunch menu is different than the dinner menu (like pasta and pizza only for dinner) and last dinner order is at 9:30 p.m Tho the overall team members are very friendly and try to help as much as possible.

The bar and restaurant service was wonderful and the food was fantastic. Waking up to the canal views was beautiful The shower did not drain well and poured all over the bathroom

an upgraded room Reception staff told me that It's a green hotel that doesn't clean room everyday except by request. I requested a room cleaning service on Saturday (my 3rd day) but they only gave me "change towel only". Then I repeated to request a room cleaning service on Monday (my 5th day), and they gave me "change towel only" again. Finally they they did a room cleaning on Tuesday (my 6th day). Totally, they cleaned my room once in a week during the whole my stay in the hotel after I requested repeatedly.

The hotel is a little way out of town however is extremely comfortable with good services and facilities and helpful to have free washing facilities. Nothing
