Centrally located. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Stairs were very steep, but we were advised of that before our stay.

I liked the location. This hotel is close to everything. This hotel doesn't have an elevator.

Quaint property in a fantastic location. Beautiful lobby/lounge. Very small rooms. I had to climb three flights of narrow stairs to go to my room. No AC.

Lovely location and clean I was in the single room which was extremely hot and unfortunately they just had a little floor fan that did not blow cold air. It also went off the timer every 2 hours so I woke up sweating I therefore did not sleep well and had to check out the next day

The location is fantastic. Close to transportation, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast offered a lot of options. We had heard that there was no elevator but didn’t know the stairs were so steep. We each had big bags and the climb up two flights was tough. The room had a great view but was very warm. No air conditioning. We had a fan but was not at all powerful. Made for very warm sleeping.

Very comfortable, clean and staff is so accommodating. Location is near to all shops and restaurants especially local transportation. Steep stairs which I totally understand because of its traditional dutch vibe. Not a negative points.

We love your breakfast, the capuchino and the breakfast room, viewing the canals and locals bicycling on their way to work! We also love opening our window, feel the breeze enjoy the view of the Westerkerk

Staff were helpful and breakfast was better than expected. Need to have a bellhop or employee to help bring luggage up those stairs! Without an elevator it was downright dangerous and almost resulted in two accidents that I witnessed while there. That was crazy steep and narrow!
