The hotel is very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The lobby area is not inviting at all. Could use some soft music. Pillows and comforts to sit and hang. A more inviting eating area. Nicer art on the walls. A vending machine that takes credit cards. Better coffee.

Location was good, room was clean, bike rental at hotel was useful. In the basement rooms so just seemed a bit dingy as corridors weren’t finished decorating. Maybe a bit over priced for its facilities

Great little hotel in a good location . Clean and tidy hotel. Friendly staff. Easy to either walk into the city centre or catch the nearest tram. Nothing to complain about

Phenomenal location! Room was extremely tiny and we were in the basement floor which made it even more claustrophobic

Great location and easy access with a lift. The AC worked great and it was very quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure. The bathroom was in a cube in the corner rather than a separate room, so not much privacy.

everything was simple and clean and nice. nothing too exceptional about the hotel itself but great value for the location. staff was also nice, hotel was quiet and peacefull overall.
