The reception desk was always staffed with a friendly, helpful person. Very nice, clean, spacious room, nicely appointed. Similarly for bathroom - very good shower. Very good buffet breakfast. Convenient location: many destinations were walking distance. Trams very close by for longer trips. Restaurants, coffee shops shops and grocery store with ATM 5 minutes walk. The location for the hotel was excellent, multiple districts were within an easy walking distance. Hotel itself was located on a quiet street opposite an apartment building so it was very quiet. Hotel staff was very welcoming and forthcoming with help. I had an issue with locking myself out of the room having forgotten the access keycard to the room and the hotel receptionist promptly created a new one without hesitation. This is not really on the hotel itself as many buildings don't feature a built in AC so please be aware that during summer time especially with heatwave the room can heat up significantly so you'll have to leave the portable AC on when you're away and leave the windows open to let the air in.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. Still within walking distance of most places we wanted to see. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Both rooms got a little hot but that's to be expected in a heat wave!

Very polite people and the shower was awesome bed was comfortable as well good blackout curtains I slept well.

We were late (2nights)arriving because of Airline delays… they comped us breakfast- which was extremely nice, since delay was totally no fault of them. Would be nice to get some ice on the premises….

Quiet

The hotel is in a great location, which made it easy to get to places. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The facility is clean and comfortable. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors on both sides. Although there’s a small room to sit in, there’s not a real lobby.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big enough for me. No AC but that was okay. Great location. I wanna come back.

Hotel is in a location away from tourists and felt walkable safe neighborhood vibe. Local coffee shops & eclectic cafes, trendy shopping all nearby. Museums & major tourist attractions still close. Also convenient to public transport. David at front desk was friendly, helpful & accomodating. Rooms could use better pillows & a fridge. The positive aspects of hotel & neighborhood definitely outweigh a lack of fluffy pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

Good Location, OUIET, helpful staff, good size room, private bathroom, elevator, and good coffee machine - 2 twin beds Great Budget hotel to be in the Jordann Neighborhood and walkable to everything!! We could walk to De 9 Straatjes, Anne Frank House, Rijks Museum, Vondel Park, De Pijp Neighborhood and Centrum Neighborhood, etc.. Would Recommend Brasserie Blazer for a meal 2 blocks away on the canal - Excellent Unique Pumpkin Quiche!! and Ela Restobar - 2 blocks away on the main street - Everything worth the price - Excellent Bread!! No early check in however they would storage the luggage at no charge. Spiral staircase a little too close to elevator - a little dangerous if not paying attention

Really friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and a really great location in a very walkable neighborhood. Very easily reached by bus directly from the airport and super close to a transit center making greeting around town a snap

We reserved a single bed for a couple and got 2 poorly connected, uncomfortable beds. Room is small and minimalistic.

Location, friendly staff, price at time of booking however, much lower prices were available on booking.com after we arrived. Air traffic noise. It was made worse due to need to keep windows open because of no air conditioning.

No AC

The location is close to a lot of things we wanted to see and do. The staff is very accommodating and helped us get a room that I could get too easily since I had back surgery not long ago. It is clean and comfortable. Nothing

I didnt like anything. It feels like prison. Dirty. Scary. Loud. Heavy doors. Dark colors. Many other things. The worse i have ever remember for the 3 stars.
