Beautiful attic suite, unique and private Needs a spa and a pool - maybe at least a stream/sauna
-
First class property. Staff, facilities, restaurant, were excellent. Located in a prime area.

My room was amazing! The staff was extraordinary and I would return for the turndown service alone. They left a treat each night. One night was the best cookie I have ever had in my life. I am not exaggerating. There was nothing I disliked.
-
Excellent location. Very walkable to museums and restaurants
-
Too expensive comparing to other much more luxury hotels
-
Just an exceptional property with excellent service and attention to detail. Sets the bar. That I can't stay here more often

The location is perfect. The staff is professional, pleasant, accommodating. We particularly appreciated the advice and assistance of Ronald, the concierge. We stayed 3 nights, and then another night a week or so later. Our first room was perhaps not spacious, but was very comfortable in terms of allowing us room for suitcases and just moving around without bumping into each other. For our second stay, we requested a walk-in shower. The tub shower combo in room one was awkward to get in and out of. We did, indeed, have a walk-in shower and it was beautiful. However, the room was very small, with inadequate space for both suitcases. Having said that, we would stay at The Dylan again, because the ambience and staff are wonderful.

Location could not have been better for activities we had planned - museums and sightseeing. Concierge Ronald is a rock star, scoring tickets and arranging a fun canal tour. The restaurants he recommended were enjoyable and not ultra-expensive. We asked for a room with a walk-in shower for our next stay. The tub shower combo was a little awkward, but doable.

Our stay at The Dylan was truly exceptional. Every detail, from the beautifully designed rooms to the overall experience, has been thoughtfully curated and executed to perfection. What made our visit even more special was the outstanding service from the entire team. A huge thank you to Carol Domacasse in Reservations for making this trip so memorable, the Front of House team for their warm welcomes and thoughtful assistance, and the Concierge team for their impeccable service and kindness. And, of course, the hotel itself is simply stunning—photos don’t do it justice! We can’t wait to return.
