The staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is luxurious while still feeling warm and comfortable. We had the presidential suite, really the best view ever of Amsterdam. We especially loved the location ,it made exploring Amsterdam so easy, and it was always lovely to come back to such a beautiful hotel after a day in the city.

Great stay and excellent service Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a small issue with the AC dripping water, but the team responded immediately and fixed it quickly. They also waived the €300 valet parking fee and kindly sent me chocolates along with a handwritten apology note. Special thanks to Samantha, the Manager on Duty, for personally taking care of everything and making sure I had a comfortable stay. Really appreciated the excellent service.
