Location was excellent, the most distant location I’ve gone was 30 minutes walk from the hotel. It is in the heart of the city and close to everything. All facilities are comfy and clean. The room was great, Butler services added more to the experience in general. We did enjoy our stay very much.

Honestly, this was the best personal service I’ve experienced in all of Europe and Asia. The rooms, furniture, and everything inside were truly impressive and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive—easily the most cooperative team ever.

Overall, this is possibly the best hotel I have stayed in! When entering you are greeted by the doorman and offered something to drink, reception is also very friendly and got us checked in within no time. The room is amazing, with a personal sauna and a spa bath. The mini bar is stocked to the brim and can be enjoyed for a fee of course. There is even a butler on standby to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
