The room neat and clean. It was further away from the main area so no noise disturbance. But it was close to the tram station. The stay was good. I had the balcony room.

We had a great stay at Apple Inn despite expecting a less pleasant experience after seeing some of the reviews here. The accommodation is located a bit far from the city centre in the sense of needing the tram to get there. However, we actually took a walk most of the days which we enjoyed as the area where the hotel is located is beautiful. The accommodation was super clean and had everything one needs if you’re planning on being out visiting most of the stay. There was always available staff on premise and they allowed us to leave the luggage after the check-out as we had a late flight. The room is big compared to the average available in Amsterdam and has a balcony as well. No mini fridge in the room which would be a nice addition.

They were very flexible. We left the luggage before the check-in. We have a person with a foot injured, and they accommodated us on the ground floor.

The location The rooms and the way to the rooms is dirty , all doors and walls are stained and I was going to take it but then a mouse in my room was too much had to ask to cancel my booking which manager did do trough booking but he made me pay cash for the night that I stayed were I couldn’t even sleep because of the mouse

Nothing Shower blocked. No coffee in room. No restaurant in hotel. Beds too soft. Noisy. No ac. Toilet seat loose.

it was clean. it was in good location, and it had a electric kettle to make a coffee or tea. it was the smallest room i have ever been in a hotel with a width about 2,2 meters as i measured it, and there was no sound proof it had wooden walls and doors. Also my room was on the 2nd floor and You had to climb the stairs with very narrow steps (the old Dutch ones).

It was conveniently located by Tran stop , loads of bars and restaurants and the park was nearby. The check in reception was good and we were well received. Maps and discounts codes were plenty at reception. No air con during a heatwave. We had a balcony and large window but I had to assemble the fan to make the room bearable. Room was large but bed access was blocked by window and door.
