The staff was excellent, kind and very service minded. Night manager was fun and helpful, and everyone I spoke to during the day was super well informed and Kind. The girl that checked us in was super sweet! The room was very nice. New and modern. There was some hair in the bathroom from the previous guest, but in the kinds of places that I understand that they can miss so no shame there. The AC was not cold enough and seemed like it turned off after a little bit?

Excellent location near the biggest and nicest park, as well as boutique shops and restaurants. Very upscale area. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and AC was great. Quiet street. Bad smell by the elevator on the main floor. That’s it. Nothing else

The location of the property was great. It was so close to Vondelpark and the neighbourhood was lovely. We had a room on a higher floor as requested which was great. The only thing which would have been better was a view out over the park.
