Location is excellent and easy to reach by bus and tram, close to food and shops. Staff was not friendly. In addition on my second day, I was walking my partner to the bus. The woman behind front desk did not say good morning and yelled out, "Are you Checking Out?". Room is small, which is fine, however, shower not adequately separated in bathroom, leading to flooding, room so small, could not open two small suitcases at the same time. Hallway was noisy.

Location was good Super small room and bathroom. Unhappy front desk staff.

The bed was my favorite & the coffee was good!!

Shower kept overflowing but I’m sure it’s fixed now.

We loved the quiet neighborhood next to park. Very clean and peaceful hotel.

The only good thing was its location. The hotel is really bad, its impossible to take bath without getting full bathroom flooded, cleaning happens only once in 2 days, if you miss a day or have do not disturb when they clean you need to wait 2 more days to get the room in normal condition (main problem being the bathroom). Many rooms on first floor dont have windows and AC air always gave us dry mouth in the morning (in 3 separate rooms, we were there as a group, all of us had these problems).
-
The only negative is that the breakfast is a bit average for EUR18.

The location in Amsterdam was great and close to the Rai, so good for business travel. The staff was also friendly and generally felt attentive. The room had no bedside tables or anything to put stuff like glasses or a phone. There were no racks for towels in the bathroom and generally no surface area to put down cosmetics or toiletries, which made getting ready uncomfortable. The mirror's lights in the bathroom did not function either and the entire floor was flooded after a shower. Without the room being made every day this had dampened all my towels and made my stay uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in a safe, lovely and calm neighborhood. Few days before our check in, I got a text from them to complete the online check in, I did it and it was mentioned to pay for early check in..my expected check in was around 10:00 but they didn’t have an option for before 12:00pm so I chose it thinking they will let us in, and their online check in thing is very complicated. When we arrived at 10:00 the receptionist didn’t checked us in and said we can check in at 12:00 and she was not a welcoming person, although we left our bags and went out, i got a text msg from whatsapp that I have to verify my check in and I only have 11 hours and if I don’t verify they will cancel my booking, so I texted back that we already checked in..no response I clicked on the link and it asked for bank card information, it looked exactly like booking. Then I realized that this is a scam so I stopped and rushed to hotel The receptionist was different I told her about this she said oh we were hacked and it’s a scam and she didn’t care at all, we told her about the early check in if they can refund she said I will check, I told her to change it to breakfast atleast if not refund she didn’t Then the last day we asked again for the early check in refund thing, they said that we have to write and email. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this to someone and definitely won’t go back again, because the staff are careless and not helpful.

Staff was great

Location I guess. Requested clean towels and for our room to be cleaned twice - nothing actually was cleaned. I understand it should have been cleaned twice during our visit. It was not.

Room was well located and pretty comfortable. It was well worth the money and I'd stay again. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator, and our room happened to be near the elevator so we heard quite a few people.

Simple but decent. You might get everything you need, just don't expect too much.
-
Location How small the room was. The lighting, very limited as to what lights could be turned on or off. It was an almost all on, or all off situation. Breakfast was way too expensive. They set a price that was as if they wanted you to go out and get breakfast somewhere else. It was 37 euros for two people. The only thing you could get were coffee pods for your room's coffee machine.

didnt know breakfast was not included

So convenient! Also love love loved the balcony French doors We had no issues
-
Cramped basement room that wasn't particularly inviting for the price. Beds were comfortable and staff was nice. Would book upstairs next time.

Very nice quiet area for Amsterdam. Walking distance to Museumplein. It was close enough to tram and one block from AH for quick meals. The building itself was very charming and comfortable. The pizza.
