Loved the location — quiet neighborhood close to museum district. Staff — We really enjoyed getting to know the staff. They were congenial, engaging, and helpful. Olia gave us great recommendations for dining and was particularly delightful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding. Everything was fine. Grateful for the elevator.

A wonderful hotel! Really good location in a nice quiet area but close to museums etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a really good bathroom. The staff were wonderful, Igor was the person we had most interaction with and he was incredibly helpful. The complementary drink in the lovey bar area was great, as were the snacks in the room. Thank you!

We stayed for 4 nights in July. We had a lovely family room with very comfortable beds. Hotel is in a quiet location- short walk to museumplein and vondelparc. The staff were very helpful. Would recommend and stay again. I would have liked a room rate to include breakfast. We paid for breakfast once but paying for breakfast separately for a family was expensive and not worth it.

Great quiet location within walking distance to the museums. Super friendly staff who helped us with any questions we had. One of the nights, the reception rang over and over for over 30 minutes after midnight. Nobody seemed to answer and we were woken up by the noise.

The staff were amazing, rooms were great and everything was lovely. Easy to walk out into Amsterdam. Will be back!

The service was excellent. Staff are lovely. Rooms are nice. It was not as clean but acceptable. Rooms and bathrooms are very tiny. No place to stow away strollers.
