Loved everything staff were so nice and the place was beautiful

They take money from me 2 times, i told this in reception and they said to me that in 5 days im gonna have this on my accouny, time passed and i received nothing. Im going to police with this and also light in the bathroom was not working

Just location Our room was not clean, and there was no milk, sugar, or even bottled water available to make a coffee. On top of that, the room was extremely hot because the air conditioning was not working. After waiting for a long time, we were told by reception that the hotel was fully booked and they could not provide us with another room. After a while, they somehow managed to give us another room, but this room was also very dusty. We were told that the room was actually out of order, but that we could use it because there were no other rooms available. There were also no towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we had no other option and had to spend the night there. For future guests, my suggestion is that the hotel properly checks and prepares every room before allowing guests to stay in it. This was a very disappointing experience and certainly not what we expected from a hotel.

Not clean room, old rooms, elevator does not work,

The parking was free and the staff was nice The room was not clean. The tv remote was half broken, there were dirty tissues and food under the bed.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. It was clean and tidy.with great facilities. The location for us on foot and public transport wasn't brilliant. It was also quite noisy with the garage opposite our room.

Expenses incurred in the Restaurant can be included to room and paid on checkout. Staff not very friendly especially helping a foreign .

There is nothing to like about the property. It’s not clean at all, very small toilet and dirty. The customer service!!!! I have never seen this kind of customer service in my life!

Location and the quiet environment No water is provided in the rooms and the cleaning is and making of beds is very irregular.

Breakfast, which I chose/ was included in the price, was till 9 am, on a weekday, and we were not informed correctly on that timing. So we could not have breakfast since we were at the breakfastroom at 9:00

Easy to get to driving and had parking facility Booked with breakfast but refused to offer breakfast as it didn’t appear on the booking confirmation. I emailed the hotel regarding this prior to my stay but was ignored

Is was for a good price The air-conditioning was basically not working. It wasn't very clean either but just acceptable. Very basic rooms.
