Spa was very nice. Restaurant had good food and atmosphere. Lovely bar / lounge. The elevator was broken the whole time and I had to take stairs. The staff at the front desk was nice but there was a long line and one of the customers was flirting with the staff for a long time while I was waiting right behind. The location is not at all good. Really only accessible by taxi/uber unless you are ok to walk 15 minutes under the hot sun. (Temporary for the summer months due to the changes in the routing) The bar was beautifully situated and I loved sitting in the comfy couch but the choice of music was unfortunate (Lambada, Macarena, etc.). WiFi wasn’t great.

I thought it would be better than what it was. The design was beautiful but the service was terrible. The pool facilities were only connected to the sauna, so it wasnt very welcoming for kids. I called and went to the reception several times during our one week stay, as our room was not cleaned—all the old cups were never taken away, the sheets were not changed the entire time, we entered our room everyday wirh the bed unmade, no sweeping etc. I asked very nicely and they said they would make sure but nothing happened. All they did was to offer us free breakfast for 1 day, and then offered to take us to a new room, literally the night before we were checking out. Im very disappointed. I even emailed their manager and never got a reply.
