We were very pleased with the room cleanliness and the breakfast. The location is only two metro stops from the city center, and the metro station is right in front of the hotel We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast. I don't like rooms with carpeting inside on the floor. The rooms were rather small. And 22 euros for breakfast is ridiculous. And the bed pillows are extremely uncomfortable
-
It was far from the heart of the city.

Not organized

Everything was amazing. Breakfast was delicious Green cleaning concept

The hotel lobby is very cool, the staff are very nice and professional, the elevator system and speed is very good. The rooms are also relatively new and modern but on the budget side. Location is absolutely terrible, more so with the station just in front being closed for repairs at the same day we arrived. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and way too small. Not a good number amenities in the room besides coffee, tea, hair dryer, cotton swabs. They have a single tub of liquid soap for washing your hands, hair and body. Quite expensive for what it is.

Nice location and therefore a best view from the window of my room. Comfy bed and a smooth sleep. Noiseless night and day inside the room. Easy to walk around and stay in touch with the downtown. Breakfast is beauty. Nothing to tell about

Good Non

Water kept leaking out through the shower door. It doesn't seal well, so the floor kept getting wet

All good, AC is low sometimes

When we arrived the room wasn't very clean (fridge, shower, decorative pillows and towel) but after it got cleaned it was way better. And a few things in the bathroom were a little broken not bad but it was just a little bit annoying. The water was running out of the shower into the carpet, but when you get extra towels no problem anymore!

The biggest downside was the noise. My room was close to the train tracks, and I could clearly hear the trains passing until around 12:30 a.m., which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a room away from the railway. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and convenient public transport access, but the noise and distance from the city center affected my stay.

Transportation - property was close to train. Restaurant staff were not clean. Picking items off floor then wiping table with food on it.
-
Convenient location, steps from the Metro. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They did their best to attend to issues that arose during our stay The property is a little isolated if you want to just go for a walk and meander in the neighborhood. There weren’t any convenience stores or grocery stores around which isn’t a huge deal, once you know what’s around. It was a little more expensive that it should have been, but that’s just a part of travelling, sometimes you get the smokin’ deal and sometimes you’re the one paying more….it all evens out

The hotel is located halfway between the main station and a big concert venue, which was perfect for us. It’s conveniently right next to public transport, so it’s easy to get everywhere. Everything was great.
-
Superb location Very poor quality of food but highly priced Sustainability is used as an excuse for not cleaning rooms unless if we ask for it.
-
Parking was expensive, but the parking lot was great
-
It was fantastic

No Netflix or YouTube. There was a lack of channels for the TV
