We were happy with our stay :) Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, and stunning views from the 5th floor! Great location close to the free ferry. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the hotel cookies were delicious - we’d love to get the recipe! :)

We never had breakfast. The location was good and there was a regular free ferry to central station that only takes 10 minutes.

Clean tidy peace from the main city but with ferry access 12 minutes and your smack bang in the action !

Very helpful staff. Excellent position. Clean, well equipped and everything worked. Several good restaurants nearby. Easy connection on foot to centre of Amsterdam.via free ferry. Nothing to report. Everything was fine and dandy!

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I paid for my stay on arrival at the property. Throughout my 3 nights the hotel tried to charge my card over a handful of times for the entire stay. I spoke to the gentleman at the counter about it, he said it was a fault on their system. I had to go downstairs a couple times because the access cards kept locking me out from entering my room. Being 2/3 nights getting locked out I guess it's not a big deal going down and getting two new cards when you can't get in the room it's more the fact that when on holiday you want to relax and not worry about the hotel you already paid for taking double the money out of your account and not being able to get into your room when you want.
