The location is excellent, everything within a little walk's reach. The room felt spacious, and the AC was great, in fact it worked so well we had to turn it down a bit. There were only stairs, which I understand. Furthermore it just felt like a rented room nothing too special.

This was just an amazing hotel. It offered easy access to the center, and it was even within walking distance. It was far enough out of the way to be quiet at night, and the staff were amazing and so friendly. Honestly, I could not rate it highly enough and will be using this hotel again and it was our anniversary and they went out of their way to decorate the room

It was very clean and modern. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect as you are not too far away from everything. The only let down was the shower didn’t drain properly and flooded the bathroom everytime

Clean and modern rooms, close to the centre but just far enough not to hear any noise! Stairs are narrow and plentiful if you’re on the top floor. Also states online that toiletries are provided in the room, this was just body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Also no milk for the coffee machine

Everything was exactly as expected. The hotel staff works 24/7 and responds very quickly. It is within walking distance of everything, and if you don't feel like walking at all, there is a subway station just 5 minutes away. The photos of the room are real, without any exaggeration. It is very quiet; they provide earplugs in the room, but it’s quiet even without them, it is very important to me.

Great location and staff friendly Rooms were really small, aircon didn’t work - no windows and bathroom smelt bad. No lifts only staircase so can be tricky in you have lots of luggage.

Only a few minutes walk to all main attractions, very clean , friendly reception staff happy to assist Room was a good size with everything we needed. We went to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and they decorated the room with rose petals and balloons , also left a card and chocolates which was so lovely! ☺️ this made it such a memorable stay and every effort was made to make us feel welcome , thank you!!
