The property was beautifully located on a canal. The breakfast was full and delicious. The staff was personable and friendly! The room was nice but towels were not changed out nightly. Small but noticeable discrepancy.

Very good location with a view on Prinsengracht. Staff distant and not helpful. The entire building needs a full renovation. One of the rooms was located at the back of a small garden which was nice but when opening the room there was a musty smell and the shower was very old, rusty and not very clean.

Great location and friendly staff. Beautiful canal house. Good value for central old Amsterdam. Cleaning was not great. Shabby interior in need of renovation.

I have always enjoyed the breakfast in Holland, and I did like the location of the hotel. Being an amputy I like to be on the ground floor because in the event of an emergency.

An attractive hotel in an excellent location which was peaceful and relaxing. Also, there is a secluded garden to enjoy and relax in. The hotel staff were very helpful in letting me park my motorcycle opposite the entrance to hotel.

So well located Room had a lot of dust and dead bugs all over. I notified to front desk they offered to send house keeping. They did showed up but didn’t actually cleaned the room just fixed the bed.

The position is fairly good. The bed was basically not a real bed: we slept on a mattress topper that was placed on top of a sort of structure with no actual mattress. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Most of the staff members weren’t very polite, except one guy who was really kind and gave us plenty of shampoo and body wash because we had run out of them.
