The room toilet was located immediately inside the room to the bathroom. An awkward location. You could barely get around it to access the sink and shower.

Quiet location, friendly staff, fresh rooms. A special thanks to maintenance man who was quick to respond to small issue. Plus he helped me with my bike when he was walking by. He always had a smile. Love that you are a green property. Nothing?

No cleaning only for a surcharge

My go to hotel for work. I especially like that there is a refrigerator and microwave, along with utensils & dishes in the cabinet, which means for long stays I can keep takeaway boxes from restaurants and heat them up later.

Quiet, one subway stop away from downtown, exceptionally clean facility and roomy room A bit secluded location from the street for night time, but not dangerous to walk at all

Great Nice people

The area around the hotel was quiet and felt very safe, which I enjoyed after the crowded hustle and bustle of the city Centraal - yet the hotel is close enough for a walk to get to the city’s main attractions.

Rooms were clean and had everything you needed Lack of response to maintenance issues or any corrections. I reported my toilet, not functioning as soon as we arrived. I was never told maintenance was gone or given a different room when we got back later it was still not fixed. I was then total maintenance was gone for the day and would be there in the morning. Maintenance never showed up before checkout and I was not able to use the toilet my entire stay. If they knew maintenance wasn’t available they could’ve moved me to a different room right. When I reported it upon checkout to make sure it got fixed for the next person they said oh but you’re checking out now so you don’t have an issue.

The lighting was confusing. The room was not cleaned at all during our stay. the aircon was not working.

They don’t clean daily, need to request new towels + room cleaning if you want it.

For units with kitchens, they are barely stocked with any utensils, you will not be able to cook anything

We had breakfast on the last day of our stay, for convenience. It was really nice and may have been a better option than outside the hotel. The honesty bar was very useful also. I don't think anything could have been better.

The receptionists at the front desk were very kind, helpful, and friendly - especially Blenn and Zonne, the same goes for the maintenance gentleman, though I don’t know his name. Absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, a dimmer on the room lights would be nice, and reminding guests not to let their room doors slam shut.

The front-desk staff, Blen and Zonne, were both extremely friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have a ventilation fan in the bathroom, and my first room, 112, had some stains on the rug and chair.
