Very clean, cozy, very well located The access to the two rooms is very difficult due to the steep escalator but this is Amsterdam and if you want to experience how the Dutch houses are this is the way to go.

Paulo, our host deserves 110% rating. He was kind, helpful, friendly and served the most delicious breakfast ever! I would stay here again! Paulo makes the experience perfect!! Xoxo Stairs were very narrow, not a place for anyone with mobility issues. This is Europe and that is just how the stairs are.

Easy to access, good communication with host, delicious breakfast. Has Nespresso maker with pods, would prefer traditional coffee maker.

Paulo created the perfect ambiance for this first trip to Amsterdam. Extremely comfortable room, fantastic breakfast and great location. Highly recommend for a trip to this city! No complaints

Paulo and his staff communicated well from the moment the booking was made. The breakfast, which I deem extremely important to my booking was fabulous and the conversation with the host during breakfast time was great. It was wonderful to walk out the door and be right in the center of the city within 15 minutes of walking.

The location was excellent! Paulo was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The stairs are a bit strap and spiraling. But Paulo moved our luggage, so that was good. The bathroom light is on a sensor, so the light went on automatically at night.

Great location, delicious breakfast and comfortable bed. The host was pleasant and delightful. The apartment smelled musty. I had to dump water out of the humidifier 2-3 times a day. This is fyi..in case you have an intolerance or allergy to this sort of thing.

The location was great! Breakfast each morning was very nice. Wish we had a window to the outside, but this was advertised in advance, so it wasn’t a surprise.

The host Paulo was amazing - made us feel right at home and we enjoyed some lovely conversations. He was great with his suggestions and tips. We will definitely be back. The room was great and the amenities like tea/coffee were great. The wifi worked great and Paolo treats like you are his friend and cooks up a mean breakfast with everything one could want. Nothing - it was one of the most perfect stays we had
