My partner and I kicked off our honeymoon in Amsterdam and Hotel Frank was the most excellent accommodation to start the trip. After a full 24 hours of travel, we felt so relieved and revived by the space. The staff was so kind and welcoming, they greeted us every morning and every time we came back to our room. They even offered us a map and many recommendations around the city. The location was absolutely perfect. It was accessible, peaceful, and beautiful. And the room was one of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, especially for the price! Excellent value! We felt very well taken care of and without a doubt will absolutely stay at Hotel Frank every time we visit Amsterdam from now on. We have missed being there everyday since coming home.

The stairs are spiral and very steep. They happily take your luggage to your room but quite the experience.

Stayed in 201 , which is biggest in the hotel . Location is absolutely great. Walking distance- 100 meters from Tram station and Rembrandtplein , starbucks and multiple bar restaurent etc. Special shoutout for Masimo , the guy over the front desk is absolutely great, friendly, helped us with the luggage. Thats why it was 2nd time stay in that hotel A bit noisy outside during weekends. But fair enough.

Authentically Dutch house on a canal and great location. Some tight stairs as you find in old Dutch houses. Worth it

Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very charming and delivered on our desire to stay in a historical building in the heart of Amsterdam.

Weekend room was quite loud on weekend nights
-
Gorgeous hotel with beautiful canal view. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again
-
Easy to access from Amsterdam Central station by tram. Note: There is no elevator at this property and stairs are narrow but staff were incredibly helpful with taking my luggage to and from my room. Just something to note if you have mobility issues.

The staff are always on hand to answer any questions. On our next return to Amsterdam we would happily return to Hotel Frank.

I really dont have anything negative to say other than the stair cases are like ladders, but it's to be expected. It's since 1666 you know.
-
They also let me check- in super late and check-out later free of charge. Highly recommend.

Massimo was so friendly and helpful and made our stay a wonderful one. The location and comfort level was perfect. Great restaurants nearby and close to the tram. Thank you!

The location is in a good clean safe area. We love the older European buildings, it is an inconvenience not having an elevator or AC. However, The desk person saw us as we arrived greeting us at the door, and told us he would handle our bags. We booked the room on the 3 floor. It looked out onto a courtyard and had a canal view. The desk person also carried them down on our departure day.

Location was very central, walking distance to busy tourist area. Location and Staff

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful. We paid way too much for a basement room with loud noise throughout the night. Due to the location, some noise was expected. However, the cost of the room was absurd.
-
Extremely steep stairs to the top floor room. OK for me, but won't work for anyone with mobility or balance issues.

Great location in central Amsterdam. Very helpful staff.
