Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with this booking. After midnight, we were forced to urgently leave the room because we were severely bitten by bedbugs. We have photographic and video evidence of the bedbugs and the bites. Both guests suffered multiple bites, swelling, severe itching, and an allergic reaction. The hotel management was immediately informed, but they failed to provide us with another room or any alternative accommodation. As a result, we were forced to search for another hotel in the middle of the night, while our phone was almost out of battery.Therefore, we demand a full refund for this booking and full compensation for the damages and additional expenses caused by this incident. We were unable to spend the night at the hotel due to the unsafe conditions and received no adequate assistance from the hotel management. Thank you for help.

Save yourself, The hotel is on top two night clubs and the windows don't close all the way ,the room and bathroom were in terrible condition ,the shower had zero pressure (basically dripping at best) and the shower head was full of cracks that leaked ,the cherry on top was the blood stain and hairs on the towel ,this will ruin you Amsterdam experience
