I wish the elevator on our floor had an exit at the main level. Instead we had to take two elevators to do so

Perfect location. Very stylish interior. Fantasting staff - elegant and attentive. Breakfast on very high level with outstanding quality of ingredients. I had only one experience with Peacock Alley restaurant and it was below expectations - the chef may have had a bad day - my wagyu steak instead of bleu/rare came medium/ well-done. The icecream/ chocolate dessert came with icecream completely melted - maybe it was supposed to be this way but not a dessert that you are looking forward to. It was all well compensated with 2 glasses of champagne which I appreciated but eventually it was not encouraging to try the restaurant again.

Our room was very nice; bed, sheets, pillows, etc. Bathroom also lovely: modern and very functional and easy to use the shower head, tub, etc They nickel and dime you. I was paying top of the line pricing, yet there was no coffee/tea in the lobby that was complimentary, etc. The ‘benefits’ I was receiving that they proudly touted was a bottle of water in the room and WiFi. ANY budget chain hotel offers that. Also the service was obsequious . Good service is received not seen; the staff were almost over the top in seeking to provide good service. Three people to open the front door for us?!
