We loved our room on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the canal! Despite having a room with a shared bathroom we appreciated that our room had its own individual sink for brushing teeth, water, etc. The location was perfect right at the corner of a lively square with lots or bars, restaurants and pubs. Although it is loud due to the location we did not mind the noise. The only thing that we did not particularly like was the thin and steep staircase that we had to take to get to our room and the washroom. However, we were prepared for this as the listing was very clear about the steep steps, and once we did them a few times we didn't mind them.

I had a really great stay at this place. The location was honestly perfect! almost everything was within 20–30 minutes walking distance from the hotel. My window overlooked the canal, which made the atmosphere even more special. In the evenings, the area around the hotel was lively, noisy, and full of city vibes in the best way. The cleanliness was absolutely fine. Some people might feel unsure about the shared toilet and bathroom, but everything was clean and surprisingly comfortable. In my case, I stayed in room 4, and the bathroom was right next to my room, which was very convenient. The only downside was that I could hear whenever someone was showering or using the bathroom. The staff were wonderful. After checkout, I asked if they could keep my backpack for a few extra hours, and they kindly allowed me to leave it there until 4:40 PM. That gave me the chance to enjoy one last walk around the city before leaving. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Just keep in mind that the stairs are very steep and the staircase is extremely narrow, so if you travel with a lot of luggage, it might be a bit difficult.

Very steep and small stairs.

The location was good, near the areas I wanted to be around The hotel itself is awful, I do not recommend cost us £381 for 3 nights and was bitten by bed bugs and the room unclean and bed speaks for itself with having bed bugs in it and being bitten all over!

The location was great, the view in the morning was amazing. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were very big and spacious. Very good for a group of friends. The stairs to get up are very steep, my friend fell down the stairs. So i do not recommend this place for elderly.
