Very Central and a nice & quiet area. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. We were looking for a triple room but it had four beds in it therefore no room to move about & very little storage space.

Great little short stay hotel, location was good and close to most areas, proximity to the airport was good too. Location next door to a bar that closes at 3am was not ideal, street noise at 3am from people leaving the bar interrupted sleeo but nohting major.

Very good location for exploring Amsterdam on foot. Reception staff were very helpful. Other than that just a reasonable base camp accommodation for anyone who just needs a bed, shower and somewhere to store your gear whilst you explore. Breakfast options were limited and not the best to be honest. The beds weren't the comfiest as using cheap memory foam, and the pillows were huge to the point where there were unusable unless you like sleeping upright! The location is handy, but this goes hand in hand with the fact that there were some nights where it got quite noisy outside very late (there is a bar next door). And the lift wasn't reliable - the stairs are very steep and narrow with small treads which is a hazard when trying to carry your bags down!

Conveniently located to Amsterdam Centraal train station and city center. Had air conditioning and a safe. I was shocked to see the room initially as it was basically a "broom closet” next to the fire exit on the ground floor. The room is absolutely TOO SMALL, I could almost touch one side of the room to the other. There was a sidewalk outside the plate glass window beside the bed. It was noisy all night long (drunks and people locking and unlocking their bicycles). I got absolutely no sleep. The single bed was very narrow, very saggy and right next to the curtain which looked like it had not been washed. The cost of US$460 for two nights was absolutely ridiculous for that size of space. I stayed in better places for less money in Amsterdam before. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone especially the “Single Room”.
