The location was a 5-10 min walk from main station. The Library theme is nice, breakfast has a good selection and staff friendly. It’s a small room with no AC and it was very hot in Amsterdam. Thankfully the room had a small fan BUT the window had to be open day and night to breathe. It swung in across the bed and made it a head hitting hazard when moving around. We managed 5 head hits in our short stay.

Location (nice neighborhood), helpful staff, no noise from the street, spacious room, comfortable beds Thin walls (we could hear everyone in the hallway and above us), average breakfast, slow lift. No air con, which would have been a lot worse if we had stayed during heatwave. Expensive for a 3* hotel.

clean, working wifi, good location and great value for money the hotel shampoo felt hard on my hair and dried them out, there was no hair conditioner on the place either

A great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. The stairs are narrow and steep. Not too much of an issue. It was expected in the old style original Amsterdam building..

I like the location, the people that work there, and the lobby. I would stay again. The only concern that I had was the refrigerator absolutely did not work. But the managers were very nice and let me keep my medicine and a few drinks the office refrigerator. I appreciated that.

The room was comfortable and clean The breakfast was a let down for me. Only bacon and scrambled egg and beans were the only hot options that day. On a good note, everything was tasty

Situated in an excellent location, a short walk from the central station and the city centre. The room was quite small without very much room for luggage storage, also the en suite was tiny, with a very small sink and leaking shower door.
