Great rooms and friendly staff
-
The staff were wonderful, the room was spotless and cleaned every day, all new linen provided daily, and the location was ideal for excursions and exploring the city- 15 min train ride plus 15 minute walk from the airport, or a ~20 min taxi. I also loved that in my room I had the option for a shower OR a bath. Breakfast was included and I enjoyed the spread every day. Both buffet style and the option to order from a small menu, but very tasty and very convenient. I had read reviews about difficulty with prescheduling a time slot, but I never had any issues calling down when I woke up late/missed my slot and asking if I could come down at a different time. They were always very accommodating. I loved my stay here. The bed and pillows were fine overall, but I didn't love them. I stayed for 9 days, so maybe a shorter stay I wouldn't have noticed that they were a tad uncomfortable for my preferences.

Interesting well furnished rooms Nothing

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet area of the city but close enough to everything. Loved the big windows in our room! N/A

Proximity to Central Station and the welcoming staff. Room was quite comfortable. The view from our room was obstructed by scaffolding but I’m sure that’s a temporary inconvenience.
-
The room was very spacious, bright and clean. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, we checked in much earlier and they were able arrange our room per our early request. Location is great, central but away from busy, noisy, tourist streets. Central station is a 10 min walk. Very pleasant, nicely kept, small boutique hotel. Will definitely return.

The Hendrick's Hotel was perfect for our trip! It can be challenging to find accommodations in Europe for 3 people to stay together, but the suite options at The Hendrick's were excellent. The suite was very spacious, clean, and inviting. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a great start to each day. The hotel is walkable to the train station and everywhere else we went during out stay. We liked everything!

Location is within walking distance from the Central Train Station and other modes of public transit that are in front of the that make the location very good. The Hotel requires guests sign up for a breakfast time, which was not an issue for us. The Staff communicates well and looks to address any issues that arise. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large, but the towel hooks should have been closer to the shower instead of at the other end of the bathroom. The Breakfast buffet was not as good as expected based upon reading prior comments. While having the ability to order a few items was appreciated, the food quality was good, but nothing exceptional.

The breakfast was higher so we just went to a local spot. Staff was very helpful and kind. Maybe snacks? I don’t really know, it was a great experience
-
Breakfast and location although there was a view of vcanal we expected a better view

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Great location and lovely staff. It was all wonderful.

Great location 10 minutes walk to center. Lovely quite room number 9 at back of hotel with small courtyard. Large queen comfortable bed. Large bathroom with Juliet sinks, very helpful. Great buffet breakfast with al a carte menu options, plus complimentary tea and coffee all day long. Fabulous reception staff, very friendly, courteous and helpful giving suggestions where to visit, nothing was too much trouble, they made the hotel. There was noise on a couple of nights from upstairs guests late at night.
-
Great location, free coffee and a complimentary welcome drink. Shower was lovely, beds were comfy. The basement level rooms were a bit noisy (noise carried from other parts of the hotel) but they did provide earplugs!
-
It was clean and everything you should expect from a 4 star boutique hotel. Nice staff. 1. The breakfast could be more elaborated 2. Staff do not speak Dutch 3. I had a deluxe room, so I expected a great view, which was not the case and also I heard noises from the piping, so I couldn't sleep that well. For an expensive room I would expect it to be sound proof. 4. There are short stairs at the door, so if you have fysical issues or have heavy luggage, that could be chalenging. 5. The staff does not help with the luggage.

Small hotel with unique rooms. Appreciated personal attention to accommodate our needs. Quiet and comfortable.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom’s décor, its size, and the products used in it were wonderful. ..

The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we checked in the young lady (didn’t catch her name) sat down with us and showed us local sites nearby on the map. This is a great place with so much charm and very centrally located. Really enjoyed our stay.
