Very nice and friendly staff, they even waited for me for breakfast even thought I arrived last minute. Room was cosy and warm. I found it a little bit expensive.

Very clean and stylish. Elevator was great with luggage. Easy to get to and good location. The air conditioner did not work well enough to cool the room and then stopped working during the night. It was very hot on the day we checked in.

Location is quite good. I got a room at the backside so it was quiet. Small but it does the job. TV was nice to have Room gets cleaned daily Blonde lady at the reception could be more friendly No guests allowed

Location was great, rooms are realy nice and clean The hotel is clearly using policy - to save money were it shuold’nt be saved! They serve breakfast until 10 am but by the 9:30 there is nothing to eat!!! They do not fill up breakfast buffey even there are new people coming to have breakfast. You have to ask for everything! Can you cook some eggs? Can you bring more ham/cheese… I asked to refill food and they brought only few slices of ham, we came two people :( it is not enough even for one… it was very annoing that you must ask for every single bite!!! It felt like we were not welcome and the stuff seemed displeased that we are asking for more food! Same story every morning! We were not the only ones not happy about breakfast and the lack of food! Hotel guests paid for the breakfast so why not to serve it properly?

Loved the breakfasts every morning. There was a great variety. The location was good lots of canals around and food spots. It was only a 25-30min walk right into the centre. We were able to check in early which was amazing as we just flew for 22 hours. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Wish we were able to bring food into the room especially the first night as we were so jet lagged and couldn’t get ourselves out for dinner. The bedding is white though so it is understandable!

Cozy building. Guests were respectful. It remained quiet while I was there. Great location. Very nice staff. Air conditioning was very welcome and worked great. Nothing.

Pretty good position,20minutes or so to walk to central Amsterdam. Nice balcony, nice big bed Hottest summer and our booking was for three nights but fridge wasn’t working for go to 2 of them No kettle in room for cuppa
